Imaging and Unrolling Multiplanar Scenes

Our experiments are done on various setups covering multiple planes. In one such experiment, paintings were arranged in the convex fashion as shown in Figure 1 (Top-Left).

The area to be unrolled is shown in Figure 1 (Top-Right). In the path planning stage, overall 30 positions (9 from the left plane, 12 from the middle plane, and 9 from the right plane) are estimated to cover the complete region of interest. Images captured from those positions are mosaiced using our algorithm to get the final mosaicing output as shown in Figure 1 (Bottom).
